Rule #4 MAKE THE EFFORT.
Make the effort for whatever you think your friends might possibly need. Moral support,hugs,cookies etc. Not for any idelogical,theological or moral standpoint - just to assist altruistically because you can.
It’s worked out fine so far. And it’s emotionally satisfying too.

My friends when they were in SHLTR’s with the opposite and fairer gender always remembered that they had friends,and since most of the time I knew their (at the time) partner they didn’t become self-absorbed closed-off twofers ensonced in their own bubble universe of infatuation.

To anyone,even your friends or assholes you know. It’s not worth expending energy to be a reciprocal dick. And yourself of course - self-harm gets you nowhere fast.

a) kissed a girl.
b) Been in a sustained heterosexual relationship with a girl.
c) Been in a relationship.
